Nestled within a 330 acre parcel in the mountains north of downtown Sonoma, the new owners of a previous vineyard kept much of the landscape undisturbed. In order to develop ‘guest quarters’, landscape site improvements included a recirculating creek and waterfall, a man-made lake and beach area, a great lawn that slopes to the lake, a private courtyard outside the library, outdoor kitchen and fire place, a vehicular drop of for guests, and a soccer field that doubles as event space for parties.
