Nestled within a 330-acre parcel in the mountains north of downtown Sonoma, the new owners of a previous vineyard kept much of the landscape undisturbed. In order to develop ‘guest quarters’, landscape site improvements included a recirculating creek and waterfall, a man-made lake and beach area, and a vehicular drop of for guests.  Additional improvements included a great lawn sloping  down to the lake, a private courtyard outside the library, an outdoor kitchen and fire place, and a soccer field that doubles as an event space for parties.
